I have been seeing these a lot lately and I couldn't find them anywhere. I finally asked someone that had one where she got hers. They cost 40.00-50.00!! I said forget that.. I will make my own for much cheaper! My mom has a friend that had one, so we got the pattern and wallah... here it is and I am proud to say, I did most of it myself. My mom helped a little, but I did most of it! I am quite impressed with myself andBrandon is VERY impressed! :) He thinks I need to make another one! :)
I have also been sewing lots of burpcloths for gits and of course for me/baby. I tried making baby legs.. yeah, that did not work. My mom made me the cutest blankets and is working on another one. Brandon's mom is in the process of putting together her quilt. I haven't been able to get much ready and it is driving me crazy. We are still in our apartment and have hardly any extra room! Everything is still in boxes in the corner and driving me crazy. I have a lot to do in the next couple weeks! When I got my car seat out to try this out I realized it didn't have the front adjustable strap thing on it... so we took it and the stroller back (luckilly they still took it back after 90 days) and we are now in a mad hunt to find something. I am not really liking anything and don't know what to do!

Do you need a pattern for baby legs? Your car seat cover is dang cute!! You are on your way. I got the top of Tanner's quilt pieced, then he showed up early...that's where it has stayed.
I LOVE the carseat cover. That material is SO cute. I have seen those everywhere and totally love them. What pattern did you use for the babylegs? Cause the one I used was pretty easy. I mean I don't know what I'm doing at all, so if I can make them anyone can.
And congrats on the job! That's SO exciting!!
